Zrće is the most famous party beach in Croatia. It is located on the north side of the island Pag that many call the new Ibiza and it is 2 kilometers from the town of Novalja.
Zrće beach is surrounded by pine trees and is separated from populated areas so the noise is not a problem. At the peak of the season there are hundreds of clubbers and swimmers from around the world on the Zrće beach.
In 2002 the beach was voted one of the most beautiful and cleanest beaches on the Adriatic Sea by the Croatian Tourist Board. In 2003 the beach met the criteria for the ‘blue flag’ which represents high quality.
Each year on Zrće there are dozens of major festivals in clubs such as Papaya, Aquarius, and Kalypso that provide entertainment 24 hours a day. A large number of famous DJs of electronic music perform on Zrće every year. Some of the famous artists who were on Zrće recent years as Sven Vath, Calvin Harris, FatBoySlim, Tiesto, Swedish House Mafia, Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, Axwell and many others.

Right next to the beach, there is a large parking lot where you can leave your car, or you can come by foot or by bus that drives regularly between Zrće and Novalja.
